1.  In the past two years, what would you consider to have been the top three challenges for the Salt Lake County Republican Party?

1. Unity.  (On the op. ed. page, not the comic page)
    
2. Accountability.  (Pass a state constitutional amendment allowing elected officials to be recalled.  Return to an open primary.)
    
3. Justice.  (Central Committee supremacy over Executive Committee) 

2. In your opinion, what will be the top three concerns facing the party in the next two years?

1. Unity.  (Have minimum of 600 at Central Committee meetings, which are Testimony Meetings of Democracy)
    
2. Accountability.  (Dual Communication through Educational Officer)
    
3. Justice.  (Bigger tent, even a split level, not a private club.  We need to reach out to all racial and ethnic groups) 

3. Do you believe that you sufficiently understand the make-up and operation of the party’s conventions, Central Committee and Executive Committee to do the job you are seeking? Why?

What should be done on both paper and reality.  We must quit arguing and start trusting and serving.

4.  Do you believe that you sufficiently understand the procedural and governing documents of the party? Why?

I have served on the Constitution and Bylaws Committee.  We have determined finally what was.  We now need to determine what should be.  I have written constitution and bylaws for 9 political parties.

5. What special skills or experience do you possess that qualifies you for the office that you seek?

Twenty four year member of State Central and Executive Committee.  Utah County Chair, 1978 - 80.  Went from 10 of 26 to 24 of 26 in one election.  As party HQ Chair, made it 26 of 26.  Created legendary Utah County Republican Party Hegemony.  Board of Director U.S. Naval Academy Alumni.  League of Women's Voters without sex change operation.  Utah Travel Council.  Active state veteran's programs and projects.  Build state Vietnam Veteran's Memorial.  Started Olympic Feasibility Committee.  Coached BYU Football, Rugby, and  Wrestling.  Founder Beehive Intermountain Rugby Union.  (Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Nevada)  Founder Western Territorial RFU.  (St. Louis to California boarder)  Treasurer of Western Territorial Rugby Union.   Founder U.S. Rugby Union.  Co-founder Highland High Rugby Team.  Recipient Senator Watkins Award from Orem City, Provo Orem Chamber.  Recipient Good Neighbor Award Provo City.  Inspirational Award Navy Football Team.  Rowed National Champion Crew Team.  Inspirational Award Wrestling.  Third All Navy Heavyweight.  National Champion Wheelchair Dance Team.  Nominated by Provo Mayor and BYU ROTC for Patriot Veteran's Advocate.  Founder of the Trek Home--every Saturday and Sunday night we hold a fast and prayer vigil until every MIA and GI is back from Iraq.
